All available sizes are shown on our website. We're always working on expanding our size range. While we can't share exact launch dates, check back on the site from time to time, and follow us on social media to stay up to date on new designs and sizes.
Are Washrug rugs easy to remove and re-attach from the rug pad?
Yes! Washrug rugs don't use Velcro or any other fastening material to connect the rug to the pad. Whenever you like, you can lift the rug off the pad, wash it, and put it right back on.
The colors on some rugs vary slightly across images on the website. How do I know which colors are correct?
We do our best to show true-to-life colors in every photo, but colors can vary slightly across different images and screens. The plain product photos (on a white background) are the most accurate representation of the rug's true colors. Lifestyle and room-setting photos shouldn't be used to judge exact color.
Can I buy the rug cover without the rug pad?
Rug covers are designed to be used only with a Washrug rug pad and can't be used on their own.
If you already own a Washrug rug pad, you can order an extra cover in the same size to use with it.
Some designs offer an “Extra Rug Cover” option directly on the product page. For designs that don't currently offer this online, message us and we'll help you order one with your existing order details.
Can I vacuum my Washrug?
Yes — vacuum on the lowest setting, without a beater brush, and avoid the sewn edges of the rug. We don't recommend robot vacuums, since they can damage the rug's edges over time.
